Obituary

Journey/Obituary
Nathaniel Newton, Sr.

Our beloved Nathaniel Newton was born on December 19, 1939 to Charlie Will and Sennella Newton in Colquitt, Georgia. At the age of fifteen he relocated to Orlando, Florida where he resided until his death.

Nathaniel was a very prominent part of his community, He became an entrepreneur, striving to better himself while serving the community. Nathaniel accepted Christ in his life at an early age. He attended several churches before becoming a member of Word of God Church where Bishop Billy G. Newton is the pastor.

On February 9, 2010, God saw fit to relieve Nathaniel from his suffering and to wipe away all tears, so He called him home to a sweet, sweet rest with Him.

He was preceded in death by his first wife of eight years, Gloria Marcelle and then was blessed with a loving and devoted wife of forty-two years, Margaret Louise, father, Charlie Will, mother, Senella, brother, Charles, sisters, Mildred and Ella, son, Dwight.
