Evette Denise Burns was born June 24, 1970 in Orlando, Florida to Reginald Burns and Dorothy Harrell.

Evette was preceded in death by brother, Darius Longstreet and aunt, Ida Harrell.

She leaves to cherish precious memories: father, Reginald Burns (Gwen); mother, Dorothy Harrell; sons, Tyrone Burns, Tony Burns and Demarus Burns; daughter, Jasmine Burns; brothers, Ronald Hinton Nevin Moore, Mike Green and Nahshen Bay; sisters, Davitta Rollins, Regina Burns, Angela Parker-Smith (Willie), Brandy Longstreet and Shakaira Burns; stepsister, Taria Williams, Tamara Donaldson (Jessie), Tanyika McCray and Tanecia McCary; uncles, Willie Harrell (Adell) and Gregory Harrell; aunts, Betty Lawrence, Carolyn Harrell, Janice Culliver (Mitchell), Patricia Graham (Rev. Charles); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
