Obituary

Lawrence James Fordham “Waco”

On the afternoon of Friday, March 5 at 3:45pm, the angle of silence came into the room of Lawrence Fordham, and with chilly fingers sealed the lips of our dearly departed friend, father, brother, uncle and friend. With his family by his side, his battle with cancer ended; his soul winged its flight from this world of sin, sorrow and pain to a place of eternal rest.

Lawrence was born in Parrott, GA December 30, 1944. He was the third child born to the late James Fordham and Arie D. Fordham-Jackson. He attended Orange County Public Schools.

During the early years of his life, he worked as an educator for the Orange County Public Schools. Lawrence was employed at Walgreens Distribution Center for over 20 years. He was a member of First Christ Ministries under the pastoral ship of Pastor Henry Morgan until his death.

He continued a long time friendship with his former wives Clozell & Jeanne.
